the one thing i have to say is, that despite the C:B is already a little on the high side, the barrel seems too long for that chamber. Especially with that silencer, it seems like the barrel will just split in half with all that weight.

I have fired this with a barrel over 2mtrs long, and it is damn near silent without the silencer (think a mouse fart). "All that weight"? The silencer would be lucky to weigh .5kg, and the barrel is pool fencing (meant to be strong) you could bend it if you wanted to, but you could bend a normal rifle barrel with a bit of mistreatment too.
The barrel as is works unreal- to be able to pierce a coin or 12mm thick Polycarbonate would suggest that the barrel is near perfect length, if anything i would like it a further 200mm or so longer.

bud you say 100 meters is that accurate or just a guess cos as a combustion you would have to have a bout 1 liter compasity to produce enough pressure

At 100m it is not accurate at all, that was a maximum range
It is/was has not been used it in ages, it is accurate up to 15 meatheads.
Edit: Alcohol
