Or you could just scrap windows and dual boot linux. LInux is more stable for my computer and I can find many of the expensive programs for windows are free on linux. The only reason windows in necessary for me is iTunes.

Thanks for all the help everyone, I really appreciate it. One of my dad's friends is coming over soon to try and fix this problem.

Before you go hiring professional help, try one thing.
Download
hijackthis - hijackthis is a free little utility that will tell you exactly what's running on your PC. When you install it, just run it, and it will give you a log (in a notepad window). Copy and paste that log and give it to me (either post it here or email it to petezaria at gmail dot com). I'll analyze your log and tell you where your problems are and give you an idea of how to go after them.

@ Pete Zaria, I would do that, but my dad hates it when I install stuff on the computer, plus, it's just one of my dads friends that's going to help, so it probably won't cost anything except dinner and possibly hardware/software.
