that would be me, but I (like a dumbsh*t) used pvc and was just foolin around. The chamber I'm using now is 2" OD steel pipe with 1/2" thick walls (milled from a solid piece of steel round I believe). Should take a beating.

Yeah, it will take a beating, the question is, will it survive?

How do you plan on getting the mix to 160 psi, just an electrolysis machine?

Guess we'll see haha, I got a 1/4" steel plate for shrapnel protection welded (with plenty of space) around it though.
Haven't gotton that far yet, I was planning to work with propane and mapp first. I was thinking of using an electrolysis machine for low mixes, and then use a genII setup for higher mixes, but that could be bad if the hydrogen with the oxygen spontanisoly combusted. If a built an electroylsis machine with enough ouput, in theory I could judt use that.

Can you also try and find the burst pressure of the threads before you blow the whole thing please? Those of us with limited access to welders who can't do it ourselves would really appreciate it.
