i know for a fact that airsoft bb's are slightly below 6mm why would paint be any different?

Paintballs diameter constantly changes with heat and moisture in the air.

You're looking at around 530 fps for 100 psi and 595 fps for 140 psi.

What figures did you use for the QEV and do they only apply to the British QEV or the American one?

In this case I used some generic approximations based on my own experience with 3/4" piston valves as I don't have actual QEV data.

im 90% sure there is some accurate numbers on uksgc somewhere, have a look around

Yeah but they only apply to the piston British QEV, not the American 'phragm one I have.
