Back on topic the valve is not very difficult to make with pvc or aluminium(your choice) but choosing the right spring is a hell of a job .
About boltsniper correct me if I'm wrong it's his work to desgin/build that kind of guns, that is a great job for the most people on this forum

None taken, but he does have access to a machine shop, 3d printer etc. - bit of an advantage there. I have a drill, a vice and a hacksaw, that's pretty much it

Nice find! I was looking at his BS-5 just a minute ago, but now I see there are a bunch more he has done. Thanks a lot!

I'm working to improve his BS-2 with a higher ROF . I was also wondering has some one else made a valve like this one(hammer valve)
