Say, 1.5" piston with the same setup.

Given a fixed chamber pressure , Maximum flow rate is limited by the smallest orrifice in the pnuematic system whether its before or after your dump valve....The 3/4 " porting of the barrell determines the maximum flow rate in the system whether you use 1 or 10 (1.5" valves) dumping the air from your chamber into the 3/4"barrell ....The difference in performance will be roughly the difference in power between a single piston valve vs. a single sprinkler valve in this case....The only reason you are getting a slight increase using 2 sprinkler valves in this case is because they open slower and dont deliver full port flow rates because of their design.

I ran twin barrels from one air chamber in my breech loading 81mm trident mortar.

Great looking mortar.....It would be welcomed on my paintball field any time........I am glad you posted the link to the Nuker II as this is a prime example of parrallel sprinkler valves on a beautifull cannon with only a few minor flaws...#1 it is way overpriced and last but not least , both 1" sprinkler valves dump back into a 1" Tee before the barrel .This design restricts total combined flow back to 1" porting therefore nullifying the need for the second sprinkler valve alltogether....He should have tied the sprinkler valves outlets into a 1.5" tee to maximize flow to his barrel...The Nuker II would be much more powerfull with a minor design change.

If you ask me, a real American would just build two cannons instead. This way he can overthrow an oppressive goverment, and strike oil while shooting vermin at the same time.

I would just build a Tank so I dont have to carry anything
