Okay. I understand a little better, although pictures would be nice too.
You can see the hexagon and indexing method above. The piston drive ratchet is not on here.
if you zoom in on the second pic, you can see a bit of the pawl and ratchet piston mechanism. I will find the actual parts and get some pics.
