People have tested them to (160psi?) and they usually burst, you should change the bottle regularly.
Keep the pressures below 70psi and change the bottle regularly.

that pump is defiantly not a nice bike pump and your defiantly not getting good pressures with that, the diameter is way too big,
is that for inflating balloons, then I might add that its not that safe or at least pretty fragile, use a real pump next time (under 1" diameter) the only thing I'd use that for is a water gun
