Ok you dont understand. This gun is used to get stuff stuck in trees. A tennis ball over shooting a tree or breaking off the string will cause little to no harm after falling a couple hundred feet. A Large piece of wood over shooting a target or falling from a couple hundred feet may kill you especionlly If it still has forward motion from being fired at an angle.

i agree, the ball would have lost all the force behind it after a long flight. not to mention they arent the most areodinamic projectile.
