So, initial results indicate that this forum is populated largely by ethnic white males - are we genetically predisposed to find new and amusing ways of blowing holes in stuff, or are there non-english spudgun sites out there that make our sampling inaccurate?

I think there used to be a German spudgun site, amature I think, but i'm sure it's gone now.

Last I checked, Germany's national language was German
Though that's besides the point, you said inaccurate sampling, therefore as Germans being mostly caucasian, a German spudgun site wouldn't fall under that catagory. So you are right

It would be interesting to see if there was a genetic link though - for example, why were Europeans so quick to develop firearms over hundreds of years while African tribes remained content with sticks and stones?
