As for airsoft though, it sounds like a good idea but it's just too dangerous. The bb's do go off in all directions, so you could shoot it next to someone and they would get hit by simulated "shrapnel" but the ping-pong ball itself is too inaccurate. There's a great chance of it swerving off target and hitting a player directly. You saw what it's capable of, now imagine it hitting a person. Not good.

WOW how bloody rude, as a former service man im almost insulted buy that remark. However I do understand that you may be a 10 year old kid sitting at home watching Rambo and actuly thinking you cam hip fire a M60 machine gun. and thinking it must be sooo kewl to be in a war zone.

for who asked: ping pong balls are 40mm. (1.575 inches) , basically 1.5 inch sch-40 pvc accepts them.

you could fill them up with cement and make them 10 times moredestructive
