no, honestly, I'm just going to cut the chamber off right before the 6 inch to 4 inch reducer, and I will clean off the pipe, and solvent weld a female to female bushing on there, then the pipe, then the endcap.

Yup do this makeover ASAP!
The cannon is as strong as the weakest part, and those 6"chambers are really lowering your maximum pressure.

I would have been building it 4" right away if I would build such a cannon...
Never upsize your diameter when it isnt neccecairy.

spudfiles wont let me delete any of my posts (even when it says that "your post has been deleted sucessfully", then I go and look, and its still there! and I try over and over! and, it has posted several of my last posts twice!
