Smaller railguns could eventually be mounted on armoured vehicles, but as to a uake style man-portable launcher, it might take a while...

The article doesn't mention the DU shells fired by the railgun, the concerns seem to be about DU ammunition fired by conventional powder burners.

Even older concerns - no mention of railguns.
