you cant get to 350psi with a 3/4" tube unless you put 154lbs of force on your plunger... the 1/2" pipe would only need 68lbs of force, and the 1/4" can get to 1000 with only 50lbs of force... I dont know where you are getting your numbers, but it seems like it would be very hard to pump your pumps...

154 lbs of downward force when you weigh 220 lbs really isn't problem for myself. or even a proper lever setup would help. might i suggest a gym membership

its not strength per se... more that I weigh less than 154lbs

I'm getting my numbers based on measuring the psi attained with said pump. I weigh 170 so it really isn't that much trouble.
When someone runs they strike the ground with up to triple their body weight so a slight bounce at the bottom of the pump stroke can greatly ease the pumping.
I think you are trying to make it effortless when it really isn't that hard.
