Well the first thing that you need to find out is if the pipe is pressure rated. If gray is its original color it's not pressure rated and is questionable to hold 250 psi. If it isn't painted look for the rating on the side of the pipe. If it is painted, take a sample of the pvc pipe used and try to break it. If it snaps then it may be pressure rated. If it creases and doesn't break then it's not pressure rated. Yet another test to find out is to heat it up with a power tool like a saw or belt sander. If it melts instead of just cut or sand then it's not pressure rated. Also look at this. Identifying pressure rated PVC

do you think that pvc will hold 250psi ?

If it is rated to 250 psi, yes, it will.
However, it is not safe. The more pressure you jam into a pipe the easier it is to bump it/drop it and cause a catastrophic failure. Since PVC is not intended for gas systems, it does not have failure characteristics that are safe for gas systems (meaning it shrapnels).

I wouldn't try anything above 150 in pipe bigger than 1 inch.

ok I'm working with about 5 bar and I'm going to put a bigger pipe around it with some space in case of dropping.
I had before a small problem with an exploded combustion spud
but no injury so I dicided to make something else.

also if I would raise the bar to 7/8 bar in the future ? or just use epoxy and improve stuff like ammo to shoot better?
