No, you were misinformed, they don’t eat them, they give them an AK-47 and tell ‘em to go kill American infidels or strap bombs to ‘em.
And what, pray tell, would you have us call them, “anti-Americans” or “the inventors of the school bus bomb”?
What are you, a terrorist sympathizer?
Please don't start this again...
The feds go overboard sometimes, as does almost anyone. The unfortunate thing is, innocent people may end up paying for their poor judgement. Yet another case of "guilty until proven otherwise".

Sorry, force of habit.
I don’t feel like another argument right now, maybe next week…

stop using the word 'terrorist' it's so naive
during the second world war german forces were using it very often when refering to resistance fighters...

Wow I got a three page post going now!!!
Yeah, thanks for checking this out fellas, I just don't want any fellow spudders getting into some kind of stupid trouble ever.
I've noticed times on the internet where people needed to tighten up a little.Or times someone could have walked right into it. For example my friend at the gas station said it's like a 50,000$ fine if you put gas in the wrong type container(not that it's really enforced but...). there is a label on some other products that states a similar type warning on.
In this example I gave Maybe the guy was helping recruit "terrorists" which amounts to giving young guys information to go be "mercs" or whatever false fantasy they had. That would be pretty easy trouble to get into.
Yes, there is more to this particular example.
For one the guys codefendants who plead not guilty recieved 85years and the other who plead guilty recieved 15 or 17 , can't remember.
The second thing about it is that there was another guy they knew being held in saudi arabia for about 5 years with no charges.
He was American but I think his parents were from saudi arabia. This started looking bad for the feds to keep an american 5 years with no charges.
So every day they came and got the guy (the story was about) from his cell to coach him on what to say about the guy(held in saudi).
They offered to reduce his sentence to five years for his "testimony" against the other man.
He was telling me that he could do that and go home and raise his children but then they'd be raised by someone who lied and ruined someone elses life.
A few months later I was watching the news and a story came on that the man held 5 years in saudi was freed.
This proved to me that despite his bizzarre choice in religion, he was a good man. Anyway that's the rest that I know about. It is a true story.

lol witchcraft trails
Am I starting anything ? well let me think I wrote
I've heard that terrorists eat children... Rolling Eyes
stop using the word 'terrorist' it's so naive
during the second world war german forces were using it very often when refering to resistance fighters...
there are no refereences to US and there are only concrete facts
and then someone wrote something like this--->
No, you were misinformed, they don’t eat them, they give them an AK-47 and tell ‘em to go kill American infidels or strap bombs to ‘em.
And what, pray tell, would you have us call them, “anti-Americans” or “the inventors of the school bus bomb”?

either I am missing something or there some people here who have serious problems with understanding written text (and then they don't have any problems with misinterpreting it, accusing somebody etc. )
what I see is that your fanatism and narrow-mindedness makes you perfect candidates for future terrorists
I suppose that if you were born in Palestine, you'd make perfect suicide bombers... the fact that you were born in US means that you are on the other side of the conflict but it doesn't mean that you are much different than them as far as mental attitude is concerned...
terrorism is a state of mind and it doesn't matter whether you are americans or iraqis
something tells me that you it is not very likly that you'd understand what I am trying to tell... but well that just porves my point...

....No terrorism is a tactic....much like guerrilla warfare....only different because terrorism specifically targets civilians in order to create fear. Its not a state of mind...
@Poland Spud I respect you as an individual and I respect the help and things you offer to other spudders and to this forum but your comment on politics and history are both inaccurate and often offensive...
I would ask that you please do a bit of research before igniting a wildfire of an argument...keep in mind a good percentage of us are Americans and though you may think we are ignorant we do have a pretty good idea of whats going on, more so it would seem then you do....

Facts from the media? Facts from opinions? Interesting yet futile, the only one's that really know are the eye witnesses, not the witlessness. Does that make any sense?

you see jrrdw ? that's a fact... how old are you ?
Facts from the media? Facts from opinions?
ekhm where do you see that ?
comment on politics and history are both inaccurate and often offensive...
- which comment on history was innacurate or effensive ? anserw it or stop writing...

If they are concrete facts...give me your sources...
Since when was terrorism a state of mind?
And going back to a previous threads how many times has America been attacked? ....I believe you stated that we hadn't been...
Since when did simply being born in Palestine make you a perfect terrorist?
I"m not looking to start an argument I'm simply asking you to be careful about what you say and how you say it. Its human nature to take what we here and automatically assume it is fact even if its far from it. This goes for everyone including my self. I very often make mistake but try and correct or apologize when I realize they are mistakes.
Now this thread was about a man who was imprisoned for 15 years because he was suspected a terrorist.
...if you want to continue talk to me PM me...
P.s Jrrdw...happy forty first 8)
