Looks like fun rcman. Here is a dart I made the other night. It is sharpened music wire, epoxy, and a wire nut that fits perfect in my barrel.

Excuse me blow gun dart, is that an Ideal wire nut your wearing?-haha
Looks like an awesome dart lockmanslammin!!!
Now I want to see damage pic at 400 psi. (no garage walls please)

You can buy teflon washers that fit perfectly in half inch copper. It would be easy to fit one of those on an arrow with a screwed in insert fitting.

Think it will go through 1/4" aluminum plate?

I think it will.
That's a funny question because the other day attempted to stealthily fire a blow gun dart out a sliding glass door( little blow kind),
I missed and shot a hole in the aluminum door frame(w/mouth pressure).
I also put the same tube in my old PB gun and the darts nailed fully into a phone book!!!
Also I have no doubt the vid on youtube with the coin is real.
