All I can say is wow, this is soo cool, especially the valve. I remember looking at the prototype and thinking, this thing is so complicated but now I understand. Btw, did you send off the drawings and get parts machined somewhere else.
(Also, maybe hints at tv shows and movies??)

These first ones that are configured as semi auto are selling for $1300 USD. That might sound expensive, but it would cost someone about four times as much to have a machine shop mill a one off. It also is comparable to other products with like capabilities. I am outsourcing future production to lower the costs associated with the non-military version and also selling it in the breech loader configuration that can be upgraded to semi auto. Eventually it would be nice to sell parts for other projects too.

idk if I like the stock... I think a G36 stock would be a nice addition to this gun.

I think it would be really nice if you sold some of the parts such as the flash hider, trigger assembly and much more... could be used in a lot of people's projects.

in that picture it says there are/will be net rounds for ammunition, if its not a big secret, how do you make those? awesome gun anyway though

The net rounds will use a three or four piece nose cone that splits at launch. The accuracy of that ad is a little off. Shows the old ratchet gun. we are also making a number of specialized rounds for animal control and less lethal/lethal apps. I do have extra barrels and muzzle brakes. Offering to owners first.

But for the price (not to say it's too much for the product, I'd say it's worth that - it's just too much for my wallet, particularly given that on only Friday I spent the UK's equivalent of about $700. On what I spent my cash, you lot will need to wait a day or three to find out...), I wouldn't mind having one of those.

I wouldn't have much to do with it, but I don't have much practical use of many other things I have either.
I bought a non-contact Infrared thermometer some months, and it's only really started to come in useful. Up until then, all I had used it for was checking the temperature of the oven and making ice-cream.

Very, very, well done. I'm sure you put a lot of hours into CAD or plain sketching. I don't know that I would even feel comfortable about putting that much money into something especially to a machine shop to do it for you but the end result is simply beautiful. Very well thought out, very well executed. Keep up the good work. $1300 seems pretty reasonable for the first run.

I made and tested individual sub assemblies usually out of brass and pvc to start, started sketching by hand, then cad. Took quite a few years due to distractions and of course money. This first run will most likely not pay for itself, but will get them out there and give me the opportunity to make larger orders than can be profitable and hopefully less expensive to get into.

This should be about the time it gets interesting. Hoping to have some vids posted this week. Stay tuned.

I don't think I ever did get round to asking in previous threads but I've been wondering how the ammo cylinders actually seal between the valve exhaust and the barrel...
