I have a concept for a hybrid cartridge, but it's only a concept.

The concept is pretty basic, I went as far as designing an auto-cannon to shoot it, but I scrapped the idea because it used SCH40 PVC pipe for the cartridge.
I have a concept for an semi-auto-hybrid NOT using cartridges, which I think with some trick wiring on the firing circuit could also be select fire, full/burst/semi auto. But circuits have never been my strong point.

I've just made a QEV repeat.That would mean full auto piston valves could be made.Used an equalising hole and a hammer valve.
Filling from chamberside and not exhausting the entire chamber for one shot.
Only downside is the enormous amount of gas it would use if you would take this up.That is, if you want a machine gun like ROF.
