lol The outer tube is a bit smallet than that of a regular pen tube. What you see there is evidence of me smashing the top in to fit the tube kinda like pvc and a potato, except harder.

EDIT: the video is now up. I slapped it together so it's not very good.

You should use a shock pump. beat JSR to it :D :D :D :D
You can tell how awesome a cannon is by the pressure used.

Well I use this because it is the only pump i have that can attach to shrader valves. My friend is holding my 250PSI mini compressor at his house so I can't use that until the weekend. The mini pump is very concealable though...

I was thinking about making such a pump. It would not be very easy. Creating those pressures requires a lot of force. I was thinking about making a 500PSIG stomp pump but then the bottom line came out to be too much, especially for a pen gun. It is also hard to make things seal at those pressures especially moving seals. That little piston in my pen gun took about 15 man hours to perfect.

Here's an interesting thing. Compare my pen gun to JSR's. They are displayed in the same manner. I'll put them side by side to make it easy.

Great job! it looks so clean and pretty!

Live life in the present, and make it so beautiful that it will be worth remembering.

I read and read and couldn't find the answer to my question.

How did you attach the schreader to the chamber? It's very clean and I can't see any solder points or welding marks...

LOL!!! Good one. I think it looks great, but u might want to be more careful about dissing older members like JSR (even if it was subtle). Anyways, great gun. I like it.

Right you are, had a hell of a long weekend :D

Very nicely done, I built my pen gun in a few days as a quick "must enter something in the contest" project and there was a lot of room for refinement, glad to see someone made the effort :)

As I always say in these cases though, small volume and calibre needs high pressure to be effective, I would definitely invest in a shock pump or similar ;)
