And waste power!
Efficiency...
Is it worth less then ergonomy?

psycix: yes this was ment to be a piston gun but after a lot of problems and things I made it with a sprinkler and it works very well
and how much is the pilot affected by the hose ?
because a little more ergonomic would be good but I want to keep the power.
and I screwed up my pump a little
sometimes it doesn't give air when I pump
is this something I can fix?

I you shorten the hose, it will have less pilot space and thus pilots faster.
Wich makes your valve open faster.
Good for short barrels. I cant tell you by how much it will increase, but thats always different.
I dont know what kind of pump you have, maybe the checkvalve doesnt seal always. Once had that.
You should really get that larger tee and convert this thing to a piston valved one.

Just so you guys know..
This valve is Overkill's old exhaust valve.( when it was still green)
It was better than the new ( same) solenoid I modded for him, so I decided I would sell him the best one.
Nice to see you´ve got it working!
The blowgun is best used upside down, I forgot to tell you this.
If you tap the blowgun really fast you will save air.The valve will close and keep some of the pressure inside, so you won't need to pump it up from zero.
So you've shot through a door huh?
Not bad for a second hand valve, now is it?
@psysix:
A piston valve will not be a great improvement at this caliber.
This valve has more than enough power and it functions flawlessly.
A piston valve will be hard to make, prone to failures and not add that much power.
Plus it will cost him more money.
By the way psysix, I have a 3" piston valve for sale soon...interested??
( Joke, I know you're not)

Ah so its better then a normal sprinkler

In that case a piston might not be "that" much of an improvement indeed.
3" piston valve? wat voor porting? Van pvc of metaal? Kostie?
