That is how the Tippmann propane marker works. The only thing is that a regulator and metering system needs to be incorporated. It would be a good design for a pump action.
My recent combustion is in the cannon showcase now.

Also, I understood what you were saying maxus, it is extremely similar to the Tippman C3. Instead of a direct contact with the tank, the amount is measured. It still requires pump action. I think Tippmann is having the same problem we are, or they would have made a semi combustion by know don't ya think?
