If you use the normal compressor hose, I don't think you would have too much trouble with leaks, as long as you tighten the hose clamp a good bit.
It's also overkill, but you could use pressure washer hose if you can't find anything else.

Ok, ill try that, idc what the homedepot people say.
But i still might try a pressure washer hose, if i can get one.

Double Post... Disregard that.
Its done!! but its late to put up pics and im a little light headed from the fumes. :duckie: :drunken: (I think the duck is cool and i have never seen it posted)
But i tried to test it out and got some problems,
1. Too big pilot volume
2. Didnt lube the seat pipe all the way, which caused a jam, which can be why the piston didnt pilot.
3. Need to fix sealing face.
Although minor problems, they are annoying, but soon enough, i shall have power!!.

Clean gun, I want my next project to be a copper gun similar to this (probably, I keep changing my mind though). Anyway, hope you get it working soon.

Ok i got it working (hooray) but i still wont have pics, and the gun is going to be Out of order for now, because i need to the piston (cast a new hot glue piston) and make it bigger.
It shoots pretty nicely but i get some problems with the sealing face.
Dont worry i got everything under control and soon i will get 300 psi.
