one thing stopping me from posting this there is the fact that the section fitness and nutrition isnt very busy, in fact the last non sticky reply was done over 2 weeks ago.

Another reason would be that there was a positive response to free running from the members here. I know some of the members here are the members there and that these kind of topics should be posted there but too be perfectly honest I do not think this topic will get the attention it deserves over in the fitness and nutrition section.

You can move this topic over there if its that big of a deal, I just hope it doesnt have the reply rate of the threads over in that section of theopia. I am however not saying theopia has a slow reply rate, im just saying that section of theopia does.

I just started free running about 2 days ago but i have to say it is pretty sweet. Where i work, which is sometimes a warehouse full of boxes and walls, it is the perfect place to free run on breaks :D

The wall that goes round the school I go to is about twice my height.
I cant clear it in a single jump, but Im pretty sure I could scramble it.

I do rowing, which absolutely kills. Tunnel vision, lethargy for days and incredible pain and dizziness.

All after 2000m of racing.
Incredible.
