Okay, heres an assload of pictures so maybe you guys can help me out some more.

The main issue at the moment is that the piston will not actuate, it seals and fills fine (there are a few minor leaks) but when I pull the ball valve all the air comes out the ball valve.

The gap looks too big in some areas and too tight in others. Either tape your piston evenly or get rid of the tape. IMO, the piston is getting jammed in some areas and the air just goes through the gaps.

I think I'm just gonna get a brass nipple and make a cast hot glue piston instead, it just worked wonder on an air soft gun I just made.

Thanks for the advice though!
