I am a man and yes I wear a Kilt(skirt)! It is what it is..
The big issue with the vote is its not just male - female. And even if it was it would still be wrong..
I think it is wonderful that there are Lady's among use.
And as for the title....the only reason I clicked was curiosity! And that is why cats have 9 lives.

If the author wanted this topic to stay alive and actually be serious, he should've used a better title, that and the topic is pointless, has been answered before and is going round in circles.
