Eh, the 3" sprinkler probably has roughly the same flow as the supah, maybe a little more - matters what the effischency of the flow in the supah is, being the same flow at supah_effishency = 74%... it's unlikely to be that high.
The opening time of an estimate of what the supah is gives me 3 ms, and an estimate of this valve gives me roughly the same opening time - but it "honks"...
It's probably a toss-up, preformance-wise. I'v heard good things about sprinklers, though...

i looked on mcmaster and didnt have too much luck the only things i could find were brass and were 700$ each!!!!!!!! someone please help me

i dont think so because the supah uses a 3in opening too, and its already better then sprinkler, so if they have the same size hole, the supah has even more air flow.

the spuah is a three inch tee with a two inch flow.
