well a regulator is a given... and as I mentioned propane has an additive that makes it smell like S*** in the U.S. so you can tell if it leaks.

what adapters do you need to hook the propane to the gun?

Propane is actually very safe to use in pneumatic guns. In gas powered airsoft guns, what's referred to as 'green gas' is little more than propane with lubricant in it. Most green gas is flammable, but it's of little concern to users. Many use an adapter to fill magazines off of the large grill tanks.

It's very safe, I assure you.

Yeah me too ant I thought it was a combustion. With the next bottle of propane do you mind counting the shots you get out of the bottle?

I know this is an old topic but I was curious as to the fittings you used to hook up the propane torch valve to the chamber of the cannon, I am making this same setup but found myself stuck when I found out that the threads coming out of the valve are not 1/8" NPT, so how did you do it? Solder anything? Any help is appreciated. I circled the area I am confused about...

The fitting had to be silver soldered, just the stem of a torch soldered to a half section of 1/4 inch pipe/threads i know they make fittings for the propane bottles but I've never tracked one down sorry :(
