Yeah I imagine that would be fairly hard to do, I could fill it with something, but the block would be too wide, which would mean i'd have to make the slide alot longer, the other option would be to get a 15mm bar and drill out both sides.

Or take a pice of rubber hose, around 13 mm diameter.
Take a bolt and screw and compress the piece of hose on the inside of the 15 mm tube, using the bolt and nut.

I used that idea on my blow-forward bolt and it held together fine.

Not sure how it will erform under constant high pressure though

You can always do it with epoxy :D

JSR would certainly approve if I used epoxy for it

The drilling out a solid rod idea seems better.
The hose thing will surely pop.If not today, then tomorrow.So...

I should not have mentioned it, knowing the pressures you use.

If I used the hose idea I would constantly be thinking is it going to burst this time.

I will try and fine some rod that is the right diameter, im in no hurry at the moment though, because I only need it for a pilot at the moment.

Having a bit of trouble attaching the trigger at the moment, I cant solder to save my life :?
Maybe ill pm Rag and ask how he fixed the trigger on heal.

you could try epoxy, or a hose clamp?
