You buy piezo sparkers, not make them. They are cheap as hell if you know where to look. You can find small ones inside long nose lighters (like for lighting barbeques and candles) and inside of lighters that click when the button is pressed (no flint wheel). You can also buy larger ones by themselves at BBQ stores. (replacements for barbeques)

Taking them out is easy right?. Anyway looks like I'm going to go on an expedition to buy $2 piezo lighters and pvc couplings and pipes... going to bulk make them since their so cheap but so effective.

I am just trying to figure out some things on my mini at the moment also...

Thanks for the idea, I am going to have to integrate this into mine.
Only problem with burst disks are that they are louder and for classroom warfare that isn't exactly the best. :(

Nonetheless, cool video.
