a plan to make high pressure air pump
I recommend to make some system that shuts off most of the air supply unless the piston is all the way up. This makes sure that you wont knock your teeth through your brains when pulling the handle up. Now yours is only 2.7kg of force, but it will still hit very hard in your face!
BTB had a check valve fail on him when pulling the pump handle up and he had, well, a very bad day. Broken jaw n stuff I believe.
Maybe just choke the air supply line so it cannot act as a pneumatic ram.

speaking of which, I once posted a topic about a bike pump check valve failing on me at 120 psi, damn near breaking my ribs in the process... a little food for thought I hope...
"<I>For dare to be peace, I have to keep at it everyday, da Man doesn't take days off so neither can I</I>" -<B>Bob Marley</B>, day before a performance, a day after being shot in the chest. "<I>If you are the big, big tree, we are the small axe, ready to cut you down!</I>" -Bob again :brave:
i dont have any attention to build this
and the inlet check valve will be regulated to fill the poup slowly
the outlet chech valve( he must be perfect ) so this thing you must buy from hydrolocks store
@ psycix Broken jaw dont make a bad day . a bad luck
@daxspudder 120 psi can kill some one. so does 200 bar

I could wobble the part of my upper jaw beneath my nose and again, independently could move my two front teeth.
My upper lip was cut from the inside a number of times and on the side of my nose I have a scar, where the nut hit me.
It chipped my corner tooth quite a bit.
But since I never went to see a doctor, there is no proof apart from the chip and the scar.
So I can;t officially confirm the broken upper jaw.
The impact was so hard, I was screaming out loud for a while without actually realising it.
So...I guess that was a bad day, and so where the weeks forllowing, when I couldn't bare to touch or use my front teeth.
