As far as I know any airgun in Australia needs to have a police license, while in the UK the law is different - any airgun having a muzzle energy of less than 12 ft/lbs (for example 0.177 calibre firing an 8 grain pellet at around 800 feet per second, or 0.22 calibre firing a 16 grain pellet at around 550 feet per second) can be owned by anyone over 18 without a license. Anything capable of going over this energy limit however is considered legally to be a firearm and is subject to similar licensing restrictions to powder burners.Hydra wrote:Usually UK standards are the same for Australia. Lol. If they come round i will be like yer i only pump it up to 50psi. How far do you think that it would shoot? would it be powerful?

Far out .. i thought 50 was like piss week lol. the chamber i am planning to use will be made out of about a 2 inch round PVC pipe. and the barrel will be about...... 19 inch what do you think about that?
