And opening a hammer valve would also be pretty hard...ill see if i could some how combine the two.

Here's one way, take a cheap cap pistol like this one, attack it with a hacksaw until only the relevant bits (trigger and hammer) are left - in working order, of course - then position it in such a way that the hammer strikes the part of the blowgun you normally pull with your finger...
