ok well yes i do hate my sisters. the piston is hot glue but the sealing faceis the rubber part of the syringe. and the tape which i tried works but now the sealing face sucks. I am going to put it on a stock with a laser dot scope and get a shock pump so i can take it up to higher pressures.

ok so basically i think i just need a new sealing face like some bike rubber or something.

there are people who think I'm stupid just because of the way I look
LOL I look more less like BtB (no offence BtB) and some people are a little bit scared when they see me... but hey that's acctually a good thing when they consider you to be more stupid than you really are.... it would be bad if it was the other way round

I agree that spudgunning is closely conected to science... when I was at school I liked science a lot... the bad thing is that here in poland there are almost no projects and no experiments during science lessons... I was lucky enough to have a teacher who really loved science and he conducted some experiments... (despite the fact that all the equipment we had in the science classroom was either 20 years old or broken)

So are you trying to put the bb's under peoples skin? Harsh. Maybe you should just get a small low pressure frame pump from walmart so it will take alot less time to pump up and not put bb's under your friends skin. Shock pumps are very low flow BTW.

If i were you i would just go to lowes, or the hardware store you go to, and buy a rubber washer of the right size.

Its very tough and thick enough to resist tears of most kinds. I use it on a 2 inch piston. Seals everytime and has held up for months.

Make your piston out of epoxy. Hot glue is too rubbery, and has too much friction to be used as an effective piston.

Marine epoxy. It's what JSR uses and recommends.
