The threads are 1/2" but the threads are different from standard Pipe threads. Better get the right parts when dealing with high pressure.

Doh, didn't see the second page...

I use a remote line between the bottle and what ever i'm putting pressure into, the cap on the line makes it possible to leak air, and shut of the bottle so as to not dump all the air/or blow it up i something goes wrong.

Orpackrat, i know what all those things are :wink: its just i miss-remembered the thread size... (not type i.e. NTP,BSP etc.) because i think someone used one on a hybrid and the internal thread size was 3/8"... but don't quote me on that.

When it come to high pressure, I want to make sure the right parts are used.

I would hate to see someone injure themselves.
