first of all I hope you know it's not a sprinkler valve I'm using
for the trigger I used a tee joint attached to the qev, to one side the fill valve and the other side a pressure hose rated to 10 bar and then the blow valve.
about your blow valve if it is metal don't be scared of going over 90 psi
my blow gun valve will be held in place by some tighwraps till I find a better solution.
which pressure is the chamber filles up to? read

Amazing damage!!
That steel can is absolutely destroyed!
Well, the wood too.
What pressure do you run it at?
Not bad for " homemade stuff" right?
Glad to see you've learned the trade.

yes it works very well
even shot a bb through a very thin metal plate!!

Very nice!
You should try to find an higher pressure source.
It should be able to to its job on 30 bar.

Nice gun looks awesome I really like how it looks and the damage. Where did you get your qev because I can't seem to find the one you have on mcmaster.

-Shock pump
-Homemade pump (I could help you with machining a piston if you want)
-Fridge pump
-CO2 (like for paintball or 12 gram)
-Scuba tank

CO2 or a scuba tank will be al little too expensive, a fridge has freon.
do you know a place to get a shock pump?
I was thinking of building a pump but wasn't sure if I could manage to make an effective one. A little help would be great. thnx
where did I get the qev ?
BTB ordered it for me
I might make a homemade qev and replace it so I can use the qev elsewhere (planning to built a new gun 8) )

For optimal results, you should use your current QEV to pilot the piston valve.
If you decide to build your own shock pump and need help (especially with machining parts) feel free to ask. Maybe we could build two identical pumps together. I need one to go up to 60.

I would love to make a high pressure pump
I don't think I will use it at 60 but it's sure good to have a pump capable of that:D
any idea about the costs? maybe an idea to make an how-to with the second one ?

Zoiets heb ik nu ook liggen, zelfde QEV en loop, maar dan op meer dan dubbel zoveel druk xD
Toevallig ook van brian the brain wat onderdelen gekocht?
How are you connecting the blowgun? Beware of extra pilot volume when adding hose.
@POLAND_SPUD
Its an aluminum barrel. They are perfect for marbles. The fit is so tight that some 16mm marbles do not fit in and others do.
Waar kan je die QEV kopen, ik heb em ook nodig.. En ook een vraagje over die koppelingen die hij gebruikt heeft, wellke zijn deze en waar kan ik ze kopen? e-mail naar
