Parroting is fine, unless it adds no value what so ever. "Cool" adds value, though it is better to give feedback.

Obviously, this is an issue, however, most people here understand (now, at least) that a lot of people are offended by such statements. I do believe that it will stop now. If not, the mods can handle it appropriately.
