I'll finish mine tomorrow
but I'm thinking seriously of building a bigger one from wood
how many times do I need to scale it up to shoot an orange 30m ?
I've got a elastic band from an harpoon laying around:D

I think it would be cooler for a larger one to unfold from a toolbox/bag/etc. A big wooden business card isn't too commonplace, you know.

Well, ya know, if I were a cabinet maker, maybe I would like a big, wooden business card. So I take that back.
I say build it around one of those nice Craftsman toolboxes. The ones that have the drawers that pull out. Plenty of opportunities...

I've made a simplified construction method that is easier and faster if you want to build one and aren't as concerned about the appearance.

Also the original Instructable is in the <a href="

Well you're second in the rubber band powered contest, and sure to bu up high in the epilog challenge. I think you stand a good chance to win both!
