i have made a poor sketch how do i up load it...

Looks like you got the image up OK. May want to up the 1 inch pipe to 1.5 inch pipe. I think you will like this quick mod to about double the power. Plug it into GGDT to see what I mean.
can i use a 1 inch barrel??
or does it have to be smaller Confused
You can go bigger. A 1.5 inch end cap won't fit inside a 1.5 inch pipe. Since it is made to fit on a 1.5 inch pipe, the outside diameter is about the right size to use as a piston inside a 2 inch pipe.
May need some sanding and or electrical tape to adjust the size.
My 1 inch Mouse musket used a 1 inch barrel and a 1 inch pipe cap as the piston inside a 1.5 inch pipe. You can do the same but bigger.
