Noone really cares if you double post for a reason, eg. space, sections, photos.. but double posting 2 minutes later like that isn't a good idea.
You need to use more punctuation and better grammar in your posts. It will get the message across better. I think you're asking if they will hold pressure, it's hard to tell without specific details. Just buy some and hydro test it.

Yes i ditto that, pay a bit more attention to your spelling and grammer, and occasional typo doesn't matter but it is very confusing to read and could get you into probelms due to misunderstandings. I am assuming your native language(mother tongue) is not english, so please do tell us what it is.
About the pipe, ussually metal pipe is going to hold 725psi but I would not go much higher and really there should be a rating on it, otherwise just buy a bit, and as mentioned above, hydrotest it(you fill it up with water and leave a small gap, then you pressurize the object to desired pressure and leave it over night, usually you go higher than you really are going to be going to be safe. If it holds its safe if not then its not, if it bulges or something then consider it to be to dangerous.)

Just so you know daniel, this is a perfect example of a post which should have been proof read and spell checked.
1" sch 40 steel can take 60 bar. 2" sch 40 steel can take about 42 bar (working pressures)
If I were you, I'd steer well clear of oxygen, unless you have seals, lubricant etc which is SPECIFICALLY designed for it. It reacts with everything, and is much more expensive than other gases.

Bah of coarse that was on purpose bio, giving an example and showing we are all just human. Also you missed that I did not close the bracket at the end...
I missed the part about O2, and agree to Bio on the matter.

Actually, I highlighted the first bracket with itallics. I assumed you hadn't meant to put it there because what seemed to fit inside it finished at the end of your post!
Anyway, here is a thread discussing necessary precautions for using oxygen inder pressure. It really isn't worth the trouble!

Oh, i am really stupid^^ and english not my favourite language. Its an o2 bottle for welding but filled with air for diving. So there is no reason to worry.
Next time i tell it exactly before.
Hydro teting seems to be a good idea.
But that sch 40 steal pipe can take about 40 bar is good to know i think ill test the wohole chamber construction after its build.
One good think about my leaking^^grammar and spelling is that my topic is realy popular for tell me that i cant write proper english posts^^

Please use the spellcheck at the bottom right of the box in which you type, and don't be proud of your improper grammar and spelling, it is truly a pain to read and many of the more experienced members will simply not bother with a post which has to be studied for hours in order to find it's true meaning. So you will never really receive the information you are in need of. Slow down, take a second use Spellcheck and you will see how many more responses you will get that are not rants about your spelling.

I'm not even going to bother correcting the post- I hardly see even one well constructed sentence. No-one cares about random spelling or punctual mistakes though constant and repeated errors, stemming from carelessness will annoy people.
And also, I hope you know how to correctly carry out a pressure test. You should never use a pressurized gas as a medium for (well as a main one at least) pressure testing. A water or other viscous liquid should be used- as water do not compress they store less energy, meaning less destruction on failure. Pressure can be applied through a compressed gas, keeping the gas volume as small as possible, or through hydraulic means such as a grease gun.
Take care with items such as gauges and valves- they may not be suited for liquids.
You should improve your posts. A few periods, spaces and capital letters, along with improved spelling will make your posts better understood, meaning that more experienced members here (well, anybody) will endeavor to answer your question as well as possible. Currently, that's hard and I'm positive that the few members persevering here will not bother for much longer.
The end.
Edit: Yes, I have used pressurized gas purely as a medium of pressure testing. I had a suitable blast chamber that is strong enough to handle the blast (which I tested it by firing multiple rounds at, ranging from a drill chuck key to a 4" long hardened steel spike) and I had no intention of using a liquid.

This is your post with spell check and some punctuation. The bold words are simply in a wrong order or mis placed. Took me 5mins, its not oxford english but far more understandable.
