well your cannon is considerably larger... also you said you were getting some barrel flex so that along with highter pressure could have been why it cracked.

what pressures are you running at? i am thinking you are cosiderably higher than me...

I'm typically firing between 100-160psi.... the cracks ran lengthwise, could be from some of the 2lb loads I was launching... :twisted:

the sch 80 could have had some slight dips on the inside where the sdr 26 might not have bee supported causeing a crack to start then extend all the way down the barrel. that along with a unsupported barrel
