They also tend to ride off. A good working example is the Montgumary Wards roto tiller with reverse, the reverse belt is run with a twist in it so it spins the transmission pully in the oppiset direction, they never stay on! Very very agravating.

can you use an edger because they are the facing the right way. it wont be fast but it will just be mounted onto a small kids car just for fun. would old bike parts be strong enough?

I was trying to use a chain saw engine put I couldent get the pulley off, broke 2 pulley pullers. Sounds like a good idea go for it.

Hey Wow, those chainsaw clutch's spin off, left hand threads so they don't come off while in use.
