really its not balanced ,the area where the O ring attached to the part is alittle bigger (0.5 mm aproxmilaty) . and i didn't use a spring at all
i prefer the button to be a little bit hard to push (safety issue).
over all at 700 psi this trigger is absolutely fabulous

If you can open it at 700 psi with out a lever/fulcrum then I'd call it easy to open.
Any idea how much flow you get? Would no doubt be massive

i cant tell you exactly ,but i can sure you that he make all of the 1/4" BV's and all of the blow guns commit suicide (because the shame)
and i can use it is a piston valve for sure . think about it, no pilot system less work

no i did not , i think i will do that when i get the time
the main problem is ,if you notice the pilot side you will see that i cant attach any thing . maybe i will machine other part with deferent shape

that's a washer to prevent the O ring from flying of
will ,this valve working right now is a pilot valve. if you read the topic from the beginng you will notice that
and yes , if you was asking if this valve can replace the piston valve ,but i must change some parts to do that .

I would like to see this design as the main valve.
It would simplify everything.
It seems like overkill for a pilot valve if a piston valve is designed to be sensitive.
Look at what 10 psi, a sensitive piston, and this tiny 50 cent 'PBV' does.
