im sorry to say but i honestly think they don't make 1 inch sleeve valves even though i see his but i don't know any pneumatic suppliers (my town only has 1,800 people) so i cant call them.

im screwed unless i could find one i dont care if its 150$ i just need to find one.

Use it. They do have an internet site where you can even search terms.
The supplier doesn't have to be local if you haven't already figured that out, you can buy things overseas even. They will post to you if they say they post to America.

Stop looking locally, ring/email pneumatic suppliers in the US, any major companies you find.

Here's one of the best tips no one else has given you, I will...CALM DOWN, relax, take a deep breath and slow down. I can see your frustration coming out in your posting and that ain't good, frustration also effects your work performance.

If you can successfully solvent weld by studying what ever it was you studied to do it, there is no reason you can't do it with anything else. Even if the 1st attempt doesn't turn out, you will easily see what went wrong and the next one will be better. That's called trail and error, it's how we all learn this hobby .

Question: is sch 40 pvc conduit used to run wires in pressure rated? If so to what psi?

The gray electrical pipes are not rated for pressure,
but have been used for spudding before.
They're sunlight resistant and usually have a flared coupling end built in.

I think the sch 40 for example can handle similar pressure as the sch 40 pressure rated PVC pipe. But not for sure.

BTW, Do you mind if I ask my stupid questions in your stupid questions thread sometime???

1/2" sch80 PVC or CPVC
1/2" CPVC (copper alternative)
5/8" x 1/2" Polyester (PETG)
Visipak or similar PETG sold by Nerf suppliers
17/32 brass tube

The list is huge. Basically look for anything with an I.D. of .5" to .527". The commercial Nerf darts that you're referring to will fit best in the larger sizes.

If you haven't realized it already, most Nerf enthusiasts don't even use commerical Nerf darts anymore. They make their own from 1/2" foam cord that's normally sold as a caulk saver in hardware stores. The actual size of this foam varies greatly depending on which brand you buy, so do some testing.
