Mabye. Just give me the dimentions and i'll see.

EDIT: Right. From now on, you have to send me an envelope with the correct amount of stamps to get the product to you. I can't just keep paying postage for everyone...

I'm suprised this isn't more popular, but I guess people just want to make their own things. I can now work with high quality aluminium, seeing as I got quite a large batch, so if you want anything for HPA or something, just put up a request.

I've been thinking about this. I've got a number of projects that demand lathe and milling work - but I'm not going to ask about most of them, because I think it would be unreasonable of me to ask about parts for things like the 5mm hybrid auto.

However, I'd like to swap out a part in my air rifle with a modified piece (well, two pieces actually) that I may contact you about getting made.

Idk Not to try to kill it in the womb but shipping some rings of 10mm pipe in an envelope costs 36 bucks to virginia

Will's based in the UK, if you're the other side of the world the costs of shipping will start making up for the lack of machining costs.

The number of forum members in the most attractive areas isn't all that high and in addition there are only a few with the knowledge/confidence/money to make a machining request.

So probably not hordes of requests but I'd expect one every now and again as someone gets round to thinking it would be nice to splash out on a new design they've been thinking of :)

Last thing I wanted machined, was a bushing with threads for 88 gram cartridge on inside, and NPT on outside and fit maybe about 3/4 or 1" diameter.

I was thinking to drill out a reducer bushing and use a tap, but not sure if that will work for 88 gram thread diameter.

It was for one of JSR's designs involing a poppet (correct term?) and a bolt that smacked it open. (and other uses).
Except my mod to design, is that the entire barrel will move inside a sleeve,
and also the spring will be mounted at muzzle rather than internally...

Can't find link because my computer is slower than poop right now though. :(

BTW, I think "Free Will Manufacturing" would be a cool name (incase you start charging for certain stuff , contracting out, or selling components later. 8)

I don't think you can "manufacture" a will...yet.

I mainly work with turning, pistons and specialist materials.

If you could build me a pump, like the one on the XM2, I'd be very happy...

Yeah sure. Could I have a link? I've probably seen it before but I am a bit dumb :)

Edit:
BTB, I am at my workshop right now, so what kind of dimentions are you looking at?

I meant "Free Will Manufacturing" as in the client has a "Free will" to decide what they want manufactured.
(with sort of a play on words to include your name).

As in "FREE WILL"...cool Rush song about "free will" to but not nearly as much bass.

BTW, I'd like a giant archery "release" that can handle maybe leaf springs, but no blueprints yet.
High pressure pump BTB mentioned looks interesting too. 8)

Just started on the BTB pump. Damn its awesome if I can say myself. Lathed and reamed pump cylinders are so shiny!
