Yes, 1/8 NPT. The flow limiter is inside the Barb. We could customize for specific purposes.

Jager, those regs are everything I was looking for about 6 months ago. I searched all over for a 1lb tank reg with npt. Judging from Concoa's website, they are better than a run of the mill grill reg. I'm definitely using yours on my next project.
