You might be having the same problem as me.

Also would an extra rubber seal on the seat help or probably just get blown off (with approx. 120 PSI)?

id say the more the better ,a thicker rubber at the base will result in less stress when the piston hits back

I went over to my nieghbor's house who is an engineer and he made it as close to 90* as it's ever going to get. I'm still waiting on the glue to dry to try it out, and yes I have a compressor so I hope the sealing face makes a big difference. Thanks for all the advice :lol:
