so the old table pool it's made wood ? and how thick is she ? 2cm maybe
and the piston what did you mean by fully rubber ? because i have problem with my piston seal face ,maybe i make one like yours
and what about the accuracy ?

and this pic i see a black line draw ,the nail in the middle, is this coincidence or accurate ?

The piston is a solid rubber test tube stop sanded down and epoxied into a 3/4" piece of copper that slides in a nipple.

Wow! Mate I tell ya, it couldn't have turned out any better. I really do take my hat off to ya on this one. It looks amazing and the power is fantastic.

Damn I'd love to give that little beauty a fire!

@far_cry: Lol no I was just marking each shot so i could tell the new ones haha. In that pic it was not a concrete nail so instead of penetrating it hit and bent the nail almost 90 degree's.

And the pool table would be about 1" thick but its not ply, its more like an MDF sort of material.

The piston is great, Its a rubber stopper like this that I sanded down and epoxied into a small piece of 3/4" copper. But because its a high density rubber and the piston isnt a perfect fit it needs a bit of pressure behind it to seal (I put my finger over the barrel when I start the pump).

Impressive. Not exactly awed by the use of zip ties, but that's fixable.

I'd say the scope looked to be mounted uncomfortably low... how is it to actually use?

Galv steel is occasionally used as a material for electrical conduit. It's still pretty strong of course, but not as strong as Galv steel that's intended for use under pressure.

Wow I had no idea. Well I got this from the plumbing section at my local hardware store so I am assuming it is the latter.
