Tap on your pressure guage with your finger while filling. Some times gauges get stuck.

sometimes "Cheap" gauges get stuck.

I figured out where the air was leaking out of. Somehow its leaking through into the barrel.

EDIT: Figures it out and got it working perfectly again. Found out my tank can only hold up to 70-80psi. Around 80 and above it starts seeping through air valve and blowgun.
