I have exactly the same blowgun and the flow is absoloutly terrible try using a hose water gun, i've had them up to 200psi.

You can't mod this blow gun without cutting away the upper part.
There are two holes in the actual push valve (2mm each) and a hole inside of the blow gun body itself (3mm) which you cant reach with a drill.
